AEROFIX Non-Woven Island Dressing is a sterile, latex-free adhesive dressing designed for simple, effective coverage of larger wounds, abrasions and sutured sites. A soft, conformable non-woven backing helps the dressing sit smoothly over body contours while maintaining reliable fixation. The island design focuses coverage where it is needed and keeps edges low-profile for comfortable wear under clothing and during movement.
At the centre is the SupaSorb absorbent pad engineered to draw blood and exudate into internal pockets. This high-capacity pad supports a cleaner wound environment and reduces unnecessary changeovers. A non-adherent contact layer sits against the skin to minimise sticking, so removal is gentler and less disruptive to fragile or healing tissue.
